dmp file

my computer suddenly got shutdown. when i restarted it gave me any option to start windows normally. when windows started it said that windows has recovered from a serious error and a dump file is created. ive attached this dump file so as to get help from the forum to understand what is this dump file and how can i prevent the computer from suddenly shutting down because of this error.
os is windows 7 32 bit
