downloading and installing help

i am trying to install this prog in screen shot it has been downloading for at least 20 minuties
but still not downloaded what is wrong

Hi there, Click the Start button and type msconfig and press Enter. In the System Configuration Utility, click on Startup and then click Disable All. Click Apply and OK> Restart the computer. Then try to download it. If it still doesnt download, disable Kaspersky and then try downloading it again.

Please fill out your system specs so we know what we are working with... FWIW, system optimizing software causes more problems than they are worth... As far as your download speed goes, it could be one of a myriad of problems from your ISP to a slow network connection to the site you're downloading... ;)
