No .dmp file present to look at the issue.

Please do the following:

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal and upload the new dmp file/s here.

I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/697-system-restore-point-create.html

If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/69585-safe-mode.html

Do NOT run CCleaner until further notice - it deletes the .dmp files.

OK. There aren't any new .dmp files, so I can't add much. All I can suggest is to see whether you can update the drivers for this device:

Code:
Name	Bluetooth Audio
Manufacturer	Intel Corporation
Status	OK
PNP Device ID	BTHENUM\{747413E4-F767-414F-A0C1-6CC1AA9D054C}_LOCALMFG&0000\8&3128DDFC&0&000000000000_00000002
Driver	c:\windows\system32\drivers\btmaud.sys (2.0.0.128, 50.50 KB (51,712 bytes), 30/11/2011 11:19)

Then use the system as normal. If it BSOD's again, re-run the DM Log Collector Tool and upload a fresh ZIP file.

Still appears to be the audio issue......HDAudBus.sys is actually a Windows system file - I assume Windows is fully updated?

Can you check to see that your Sound Blaster drivers are up-to-date too?

I don't think this is related, but your CPU is being throttled back by the system. Have you noticed other issues?

Get those drivers updated, then post back here and we'll take it from there.

The drivers that Windows "reads" in Device Manager will always be outdated compared to the OEM or manufacturers. Always check directly with the manufacturer.

hi golden i think my system crashed shortly after posting my last message above, but since then it has been fine, but then again i went to use my bluetooth yesterday and it has dissapeared.

I'm guessing its the bluetooth crashing the system and the driver has been removed which is why its been fine?

iv attached a fresh file, any chance you could take a quick look and shed any light on it?

There is no evidence of a BSOD - that zip file contains a 0x9f from 3 April, which we looked at originally. What makes you think it crashed?
