Solved DRIVER_IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Usbport.sys and ntkrnl.exe

I recently did a hardware overhaul (new mother board,CPU,ram,GPU and psu) without formatting or reinstalling. I know it's not good, but just read along. It worked fine after some tweaking and played on it a while and stuff (it's a gaming pc btw). Then suddenly out of nowhere:bsod. I read the iqrl message before it restarted. I disabled auto boot after that and ran verifier. It found faults in the nvidia driver and I reinstalled all drivers, using driver sweeper.
Those problems went away and verifier test were clean after that. After like 3 days, again, like before while I was gaming I got another bsod. It occasionally happens now and then and it's starting to get annoying.
The error is: DRIVER_IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. 0xd1. Drivers: USBPORT.SYS and NTKRNL.EXE.
Now the weird thing is it won't generate dumps. It was set on kernel dumps, but now I set it to Small an dim waiting the next bsod. Also there are no event logs either. (Yes the setting is checked)
What do you think I can do? Thanks for the help!
Ps please try not to suggest a format unless its really the only fix because I have many files and programs which would take hours to copy/backup
Pps I have run memtest86, prime95 and fur something something for the GPU (sry I forgot the name :/)

Argh, that is really strange. I've reuploaded it here, hope it works.

Also, i've done some troubleshooting, and ran SFC /SCANNOW (0 errors again) and i tried to change options such as virtual memory. No luck getting any dumps or event logs...

Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup tool before you upload another zip.

I got another BSOD after adding the registery file you told me to, again while playing GTA IV pc. I didn't get any dumps nor event viewer logs, BUT i noticed the two "unexpected shutdown" errors and a pattern of service stops before. Seems to happen everytime, i included a few event logs from yesterday so you could see.

The Event logs are saying about unexpected shutdowns, which is not a BSOD always.

Let us try some alternative way then. Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

• Download and execute Driverview
• View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
• Edit > Select all
• File > Save Selected Items
• In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
• Zip the .txt file and upload it.

Let us see if we can find anything meaningful there

Well, uninstall AMD Overdrive. It is very problematic. Also uninstall Intel(R) Management Engine Interface, as it is not anything really needed, and it is problematic too

You need to update this one ....

BTW, there are lots of unnecessary and bad stuff like ISO DVD/CD-ROM Device Driver, Px Engine Device Driver for 64-bit Windows etc ......

I cant find the right driver for that... but i'm still searching...
And oh my god i compeletly forgot to get rid of overdrive, I had it to overclock my previous AMD but now that i have Intel.. also removed Intel Management Engine, seems like it got installed along with the dvd. The DVD with my Mobo also explains the outdated drivers.
Also, you got an idea about me getting no memory dumps? I wanna turn on verifier again but without dumps...

If the crash dump recording is properly configured, I am totally in dark as to why it is not recording any crash dump.

Heck, it stopped a bit of time ago... I don't recall getting any dumps except that time when my NVIDIA installations crashed. That was more than 3 months ago, before i even thought about getting a new computer. Anyways, I'm going to continue research over the dump issue and eventually enable verifier and leave my pc idle in a game for a while

Get a camera ready.... if you can see the BSOD screen, snap it. May be it will provide some info.

Yep, just as I thought, blue screen 5mins after boot. No drivers though and I'm searching for the dumps. The shiny part says "corrupt"

We cannot get any more information about it other than that it is a Driver Verifier enabled BSOD.

I am going to ask for some more help for you.

Thanks. I'm still searching a way for those darn dumps to generate, and I will perform ram tests. Also sometimes it seems to freeze at "initializing disk for dumping" while sometimes it would say its done but other just wont appear.

Well, by now I did so many things like chipset update, chipset reinstall and so on but driver verifier ALWAYS gives me a bsod a bit of time after boot. Without driver verifier i can use the pc, but it occasionally bsods in games. Now I'm thinking about a reinstall, but selecting the "upgrade" option in the installation disc. My question is, is it worth it? Will it clear out the driver at least? What if I upgrade to windows 8 (Just a thought, but I probably wouldn't)?

As it appears to be a driver related issue (stop 0xD1), a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html is supposed to solve the issue.

About upgrade to windows 8 .... it is a totally different OS and the GUI is much different. If that is ot a problem to you, you may upgrade windows 8.1 for sure.

So your saying a quick upgrade to preserve programs and setting WONT work? I heard it would delete all drivers so wouldnt it clear the problem somehow? I just want to understand clearly how it works before attempting a huge headache of clean install
