Solved Dual Graphic Cards

After a reinstalling windows, instead of one graphic card I can see 2 Graphic Cards in device manager.

Seeing as there is not now and never will be a Windows 7 driver for it,

did you remember to install the last XP driver for it,

or is it running on whatever default driver Windows installed for it?

In any case it is most likely showing like that due to it supporting two displays; one being the laptop monitor itself, and the second the VGA port. Perfectly normal and used to show like that in XP for most video cards.
