Error Code 800B0100 when trying to instal sp1 win 7

i have the error code 800B0100 when trying to install win 7 sp1. Ive tried everything from upgrading windows with the disk,manually installing and downloading the service pack,running the windows reediness tool, and every other fix that ive found online.

I have my logs attached any help would be much appreciated. Ive been trying for weeks to get this to work with no luck
