Error message installing OpenSubtitlesPlayerIM.exe

I get this error when i attempt to install this program, It has also happened with several other installation attempts. This is a big one, I use this to watch foreign films, not hard subbed. The error message is the same with other installers. I have attached a screenshot of the error as well as my rainmeter basic, so you can see my usage etc.

Well no answer. Thanks for letting me know this is a very poor support forum. No answer in 2 weeks. Either you're all idiots. Or you don't know the answer. Either way. I found a solution myself. UNINSTALLING WINDOWS. Xubuntu with XFCE4 13.12 is FAR superior. And your forum is Very crappy. Piss poor in fact.

Not to mention after this i got an increase in performance and FPS in the games i play 140 to around 170. You guys fail at life.
