error message win 32 in lightroom 4

hi when i try to export a photo in lightroom 4 i get the error message below, i have tried to change the export info and contacted adobe but i cant get it to work any help would be great

Looks like something is corrupt with the install. What have you tried thus far to remedy this? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
