Error when opening the control panel

why in the control panel there is no content at all. after installing skin pack my laptop directly error, and can not open the uninstall program in control panel

Please Help Me

Hello Abimanyu, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You could try doing a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before you installed the skin pack to hopefully undo the damage it did.
