i don't know if i can ask this here
but i have a problem with facebook
an event told me to open a page and it was out of facebook (doesn't start with facebook.com\***)
mr dumb guy(me ) opened it and now the facebook sends invitations to the event for every friend of mine + when i chat with someone it sends some words(ads for that other site) to my friend
tried malwarebytes thinking it was a virus but nothing was found
i also realized it only works on my account - my sis account (opened on the same pc) didn't send these ads and invitations

plz helllllppp

Try going into your account (top right of page) and click on privacy settings. Then try changing your settings on "apps and websites" and "block lists." Hopefully that'll work for ya.

Sorry. I was hopeful. :( Maybe trying help center and clicking on security. See what that does. I'm clutching @ straws here never having experienced this problem.

I know that facebook has "facebook apps", maybe the link installed a facebook app to your profile? One that sends out spam messages? But that is just a shot in the dark and I know nothing much about facebook. You could try disabling facebook app support (if that is even possible) and then check to see if it is still happening.

tried it but nothing stops the problem :(

Yea, it'll most likely be an app that's installed on your profile. Go through all your apps on your account, and it'll be one with no name, or some random name that makes no sense.
