I've had this problem for awhile now. everytime i start up my computer it starts configuring updates. First it jumps to 15% then 35% then it says the message above. I've restarted multiple times already. When I tried to manually install everything from windows update a few updated but i still have 26 important updates with error codes 80071A91 and 9C59. Another thread here told to post the file below because it may help.
