Files Dissapeared from my User Profile, any help? any ideas?

Yesterday night, I started to get a pop up window, many times, asking me to allow use of program rstrui.exe which I denied sever times.

Then I started to get repeating errors on my screen.

Had to restart computer, but when I got back to my User Profile, everything is missing. I got only Recyle Bin Icon, everything else, does not appear on my desktop.

When I click on the Windows Start Button, everything is missing, only Messeger isn't.

If I try to access my drive: I get my girlfriends user, but mine, simple does not appear.
If I access her user session, it is normal. Only my user gets this problems.

All of my files are still in my Hard Drive, but I just cant access them.
I have verify this, hooking my HD to my TV using USB conection. Every file appears.

I tried Kaspersky, it made a complete clean up, but still no change. I cannot access my files and I am running out of ideas because nothing works.

Can someone be so kind to help me if possible, and maybe we can tackle this together. I will really apreciate any help.

Update.

I have run Kaspersky again.

It shows
rstrui.exe contains trojan
