I have a folder that I use pretty much every day but it keeps on turning itself into a backup. By this, I mean that when I click on it I get a popup message saying "Windows Backup, Choose an option below for the selected backup and three options a) Restore my files from this backup, b) Restore files for all users of this computer, c) Manage space used by this backup. "
This folder is just a general folder that I use to keep certain files related but it is 43.7 Gb in size. The only way I've found of getting around this is to copy the folder and then delete the one it's claiming is a backup. The only way I can access the folder is by using shortcuts to the folder withing the "backup". As this folder is 43.7 Gb in size it takes about an hour to copy this so it's becoming a real nuisance. Has anyone any ideas how I can just get it to stay as a normal folder?
I would have posted this in the backup section however, it's more of a folder problem than a back up.
