folder surfing record

i want my computer when i am am in any of my folders i do not want my computer keeping record of what i was looking throught is there anyway when you look throught folders of access files is there anyway for explorer or anything esle not to keep a record so that i can surf my folders and use files without it saying what time i used it and what i was doing

You can delete it manually:
Click the start orb>type: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent
hit enter, delete the contents of the folder. I'm not familiar with method how to prevent Windows not to keep record on them.

mine had record of recent items. Go to tools>folder options>view>show hidden files,folders,drives

It doesn't track folders, only files.
