Formated System Partition

Hey guys I formatted my System recovery partition and I don't have any backups or recovery states of this.

I still have the windows partition with all of my files in it. Just can't boot into it.

Whenever I try to boot it up it goes into a black screens saying Missing Operating system.

If anyone has any help please post. Thanks!

Run Startup repair from Windows 7 Repair Disk. Run it three times with a reboot in between each run.
