You have 871 gb of free space yet it is saying that you have no free space? I doubt that is true, can you show me a screenshot of Computer to see the 'free space' on your drives.

I have 2 hard drives on my computor and it says out of 917 available I have 876 free. This computor is only a few months old and we don't use it for much. It probably has alot of over kill in some ways. Thats why it ticks me off that I am having this problem. I am not very good on the computor and that is why I am seeking help. I don't know how to get you a screen shot, but I do think I understand how much disk space I have. This is my 3rd computor.

What program are you using?
In the options, where does it show it saves and/or what directory it uses for a TEMP location?

If its using a Temp location in a Program Files folder, its possible it needs ADMIN rights in order to write to the drive.
Its possible this is why you are getting the error. Not really the fact theres no space, but that it does not have the permission to wriite or modify.

In short, try ruinning the program as Administrator.

Lynn,

Follow this procedure, being sure to expand the fields so that we have all info:

HOW TO POST A SNAPSHOT OF DISK MANAGEMENT DISPLAY

Run disk management:
WIN | type DISKMGMT.MSC | ENTER
WIN is the key with the wavy flag.

Maximize the output of Disk Management:
ALT-Spacebar key combo (this pops up a menu) followed by X key (selects Maximize) |
Drag the field separators (such as between Status and Capacity) to show entire field. This is very important, otherwise, needed info is not visible.

Make a snapshot:
WIN | type SNIPPING | ENTER | New
Drag the cursor around the area you want to snip.
File | Save as | select save location and name | Save

Post the snapshot:
· Click on the paperclip icon in that row of icons at the top of the message box.
· BROWSE button. There are 5 choices.
· Navigate to the folder containing the snapshot.
· Click on the snapshot.
· OPEN
· UPLOAD button which is adjacent to the 5th BROWSE button.
· Close the MANAGE ATTACHMENTS window.
· Position the cursor at the spot in the message where you want the
snapshot to appear.
· Click on the PaperClip again.
· Click on the file which you want to insert
· Attach code will be inserted into your message.
