Full screen in Windows Virtual PC?

How do you switch to full screen in Windows Virtual PC like when your using XP mode but for other virtual machines like Windows 98 and 2000 Pro? For some reason it works for Windows 95, but it doesn't for 98 and 2000, does anyone know how to do this?

Does clicking on Action (menu bar) and View Full Screen at the top of the Windows Virtual PC window not have them go into full screen mode?

There is no option to go into full screen mode in the Action menu, the only two action are sleep and close, is this not normal?

I just tested Windows Virtual PC with a 98 VM, and I do not have that option for it either in it. It appears that the View Full Screen is not supported with a 98 VM.

If you change the resolution within the Windows 98 virtual machine to certain resolutions, the View Full Screen option under Action will appear.

On my Windows 7 1920 x 1080 system, the View Full Screen option is never available when the Windows 98 VM default 640 x 480 resolution is used. When I change the Windows 98 VM resolution to 1024 x 768, shut down the Windows 98 VM, and then restart, the View Full Screen option under Action appears. It also works for some of the other resolutions.
