Games for Windows Live Connection Problem

I downloaded the latest version of Games for windows live and got Tinker for free but when I load up Tinker and try to sign in it won't connect.

I have the recommended ports opened and UPNP is on, the firewall is allowing them to access the internet too. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It's the first picture in that thread you posted. But I'll give it a read and see what can be done.

I found a solution to it. When you sign into live in the game you need to uncheck the "save email address" check boxes. I also deleted my IE cache too which may have helped as well.

Now I can sign in and play the game fine.

Games for Windows Live

Hello.I have problems to launch Games for Windows Live because I got this message:

"Connection error

Can't start the program.There may be a problem with your Internet connection or the LIVE service."

But with my Internet connection is all ok.
Please help me to resolve this problem.
