Getting random BSOD, Windows 7 Ultimate (dumps inside)

Also i got last version of bios and did memtest already

Uninstall the bios flash utility, completely. If that doesn't help, then test the memory in the method I said - overnight.

Also look into finding an update to this driver:

Google finds nothing on that so it most likely is malware. Remove it from the system. Use safe mode to delete it if necessary.

im not sure yet, but i tried memtest ( windows version ) with just 1 RAM and it started with a lot of errors, so i took it out and running with another 1 and it looks fine so far....
So anyways i have no idea what causes this because i gave my RAM to guarantee service 1 week ago and they said it works fine :(

If one stick gives errors, and another (in the same slot) doesn't - then it's most likely that the one with errors is damaged. The bad stick must be replaced - tell the service center about the results of your testing and ask what they're going to do for you.
