grand prix 4

Hi All

I prevously upgraded from vista to windows 7 ultimite 64 bit, can someone please help me get my Grand prix 4 working, worked grand before the upgrade. I've tried setting the cpu to 1, my graphics card is fine, I've tried backward compalibility, i've direct x 11 for windows 7, I just don't know what more to do!!!! What happens is, when I try to run it, the screen goes into the usually mode, then just stops responding and the screen remains black, with the white arrow in the middle! Please Heap!!!!
