I am getting a PC freeze/crash that leaves a grey, lined screen. The only thing I can do is force a restart.

Any ideas about the Grey screen??

Grey lines are signs of overheating/defective Graphics card
Update your display driver
ATI Radeon

Open the case and remove any dust clogging the graphic card fan
