gta iv

i have installed gta iv completelely and when i am launching the game i am getting as gta iv fatal error dd3d50... can someone help me with this..

A few things may have happened here:

- Does your graphics card meet the minimum system requirements?
- Have you updated the drivers of your video card to the latest version?
- Is your Directx version up to date?
- Did you update GTA IV to the latest patch?
