my laptop runs windows 7 home premium and it has a 1tb hard drive in 3 partitions. 2 X roughly 1/2 tb and 1 12gb recovery. this is how it was set up from new.

Hi, i recently got a nasty virus and i ended up having to restore my laptop to its factory settings but now i can only see one partition in my computer.

i can see the missing partition in disk management as disk 1 465.76GB healthy (recovery partition) and i have no idea how to make it appear in my computer again so i can use it for storage. it won't let me assign a letter to it

any ideas? thanks in advance
