Help 7 Error

I have windows 7 ultimate on my laptop and i can't manage to boot it after the battery has drowned but the battery has been charged but it still won't boot it like memory is dead, any idea?, The system loading screem is still fine i guess

When you first power on your laptop, immediately start clicking the F8 key at the top of your keyboard. Keep clicking until you see a black screen with white letters called Advanced Boot Options.

Use the up/down arrows on your keyboard to highlight Safe Mode then click Enter. Are you able to to do that?
