Help BSOD 1 -5 mins after bootup. Thank you in advance

Hi everyone!

Hope you guys can help me! This has been ongoing for 1 year. Im finally sick and tired of it. I accidentally stumbled upon this forum and it looks promising! I get the BSOD randomly. Sometimes i'll let it boot up and not touch anything and BAM BSOD out of nowhere

Here is my Spec:
- Windows 7 Premium Home 64-bit from Ibuypower.com
- the original installed OS on the system? yes
- an OEM or full retail version? OEM
- What is the age of system (hardware)? 1 year (Bought in June )2011
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) reinstalled twice. the first day i booted up my new computer, i got the BSOD.

Your crashes are attributed to Norton...

Symantec is a frequent cause of BSOD's.
Please remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST.

Thank you but in safe mode Norton runs and i have no problem? i dont get the BSOD

Of course you dont because whatever Norton is conflicting with isnt running in safe mode. Since we arent there we can just advise you the most frequent causes.

I would after as many you have you would want to fix it.
