Hi, I bought a laptop Toshiba U505-S2005 and in this time the computer showed me the blue screen several times, then it restarted.

It has Windows 7 64 bit. I made all the Windows and Toshiba updates, but the BSOD keeps showing up.

I'm attaching the dumps files, I would really appreciate if someone can read them and tell me what's the problem.

Please someone can help me?

Thanks!
Ele

You have several causes of the crashes. Your usb hub, your video driver, thpevm.sys, etc when there are that many sources I have to think hardware. Use these instructions to find out what it means and what to check http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-2-int-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 0000000000000000, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff880035ba8d8, Exception Record Address
Arg4: fffff880035ba130, Context Record Address

Thanks for the answer!

So you think that the laptop have hardware problems? it may be damaged? Because it is brand new, it should not have to have these errors, right?
