(help)change the tab text color on WSB

How can i change the tab font color on WSB.
Thanks for anyone's help.

I think this font color is not only for the taskmgr.It is for all the software

I don't know how to chang the text color.But i know how to change the tab color.just do it
1-Lists , Menus & Tabs > Tab > TopTabItem
2-Lists, Menus & Tabs > Tab > TopTabItemLeftEdge
3-Lists , Menus & Tabs > Tab > TopTabItemRightEdge
