Help me streamline Windows 7

So I have a under powered CPU. Is there anything I can do to make Windows run better? Turning off services? Turning some other things off? I've already tried MSCONFIG and I turned off almost everything.

Here are some items to go through to help optimize Windows 7 for better performance. I would strongly recommend to not just start disabling services that you do not know about it. If you do, you will soon find yourself with a crippled Windows 7.

Thanks guys. I have been looking at Blackvipers site the other day. Not sure if I want to disable all of that. I'll have to look at all those links posted.

Disabling services normally provides no noticeable or measurable improvement in performance. The dangers of breaking important functionality are much higher.
