Google is giving me a million different answers and I heard this is the place to get real help, anyways.

So I did a clean install a few days ago.

Not a ton of apps installed. No anti virus or anything like that.

I noticed that my cpu idles between 15 and 20%. Its one core steady at about 70%.

When I go to the task manager under processes it shows nothing. So I opened up the resource monitor and see that it is "system interrupts" causing it. Anyone know what the problem is here?

Its annoying me. Heres some screens.

System Interrupts has to do with hardware. This can range from a lot of different things. I would start with the keyboard and mouse along with there drivers and move down.

Do what with those drivers? Update them? The mouse is current the keyboard just uses whatever MS driver.

You can also stop some of the executable programs if you do not use them all the time like, "Itunes" and "USB 3.9 monitor" . My own motherboard has the USB 3.0 but I don't use it or need it so I stopped it from running at boot up. There may be more items running that you do not meed or use.

Run this program ( DPC Latency Checker ). If you have red bars, you definitely have driver problems. The program may tell you which to look for.

Man I'm lost here and its driving me nuts. Someone recommended this guide.
http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/140263-how-to-get-the-cause-of-high-cpu-usage-by-dpc-interrupt/

But when I type
xperf -on latency -stackwalk profile

It says xperf is not a recognized command.

I do see this in my device manager.

I have installed the chipset driver. Intel storage driver. Marvel sata 6gb/s driver. Can't get rid of them.
My board is GA-X58-UD3R v2.0

That looks good. But Deferred System Interrupts usually points to a bottleneck somewhere in the system. Have a look at this. Maybe you can track it down: How to get the cause of high CPU usage by DPC / Interrupt - MSFN
Yah I wrote this in my last post.

Tried it but got an error.
