help....problem event name blue screen

hey all,

i bought my laptop in December(Acer aspire 5738), never had a problem with it until today. While playing a video all of a sudden a blue screen appears, but before i can read anything it disappears and the computer restarts. After restarting, this is what i get,

easy one these were caused by your network driver NETw5s64.sys. You need to download a fresh copy and install it.

i am a computer illiterate, so i have no idea what a network driver is and how to update it
so could you please guide me step by step as to what i should do

Then download the latest LAN and Wireless drivers.

You can also go to Device Management (type devmgmt.msc into the start menu), right-click on your card, and select Update Driver Software.

i tried, it says i do not have sufficient security privileges to install hardware on this computer, contact your site admin, but i dont get it, this is my lappy, i am the only user doesnt tht make me the admin

hey, i did get the driver from the acer website, but when i install it, it says tht no changes were made because my current version is better than the one i installed, so now wht ?
