High RAM usage

At that time, I just opened google chrome 2 Tabs and nothing else
That should not eat so much CPU. Check in Task Manager > Processes what's going on. Make sure you click on "Show processes from all users" and then set the CPU column so that the processes with high CPU usage show on top.

Hmm at 1st glance it looks normal, but what threw me off was your total commit size which is

33 GB?

Wow that is massive for your amount of RAM which is only 2 GBs.... Are your page file settings manual or Windows managed? A 30GB page file is kinda overkill for only 2GBs of RAM...

Commit limit includes reserved pages that haven't actually been allocated yet, but these pages have to be tracked (just in case they're called in to be allocated at some future time). While 33GB commit charge is a tad large, it's not impossible (heck, 100K of that could be allocated and ~32.9GB reserved and your commit charge will be 33GB). Still sounds like something fishy's going on though, and a thorough check for newer drivers and removing any running apps that include LSPs or kernel filter drivers (like 3rd party antivirus or firewall software, some CD/DVD burning utilities, etc) might want to also be removed as a test to see if it continues as well.
