how can I move/merge toolbars in IE 9?

I want to reduce the number of toolbars that I have. They take up way too much space.
I'd rather have 2 toolbars with a bunch of labels, buttons and my Roboform on them.
How can I do this?
My skill level is novice.
I have Windows 7 Pro x64 on a home built pc.

Thanks for trying.
I have to go back to that site later and see what I can do.
I think what would work best is to build a toolbar that would combine a bunch of different apps that I use on my browsers.
I have to go pick up my wife so I will try this evening..
