how to access to BIOS

I am on HP Mini with Win7 starter.
will u tell me how to access to BIOS?

I am trying to installl ubuntu in usb drive.

Fluid Motion, I suggest you fill in the system spec's onyour hp mini.
Also. Most bios are gotten thru either the f2, del or f10 keys.
when it is first turned on. but real fast...
