how to allow only one port on windows

hi, I wanna to block all ports on windows, but allow the 53 UDP port. And the Windows firewall doesn't have this option.

There should be a way to do what you want using the native Windows firewall, but before I spend time looking into it for you --- could you please tell me why you want to do this? What apps do you expect to still work online if you do this?

You could always do it on the hardware side. My router, as well as many others I've seen, allows port blocking in the admin interface.

It does but Windows will cease to operate. The only function port 53 is used for is to resolve DNS names. No other communications will occur so Windows will be dead in the water.

Well, I'm not going to tell you how to do it. That's silly. It's like handing you a loaded gun.

Just know that you don't want to do it.
