i want use fdisk . so i need your help to make bootable usb .
any advice ?

fdisk? Why? I don't think it even exists in Windows 7, 8 or 10 any more.

What are you trying to do? Maybe diskpart will work but need to know what you are trying to accomplish first.

I`m still waiting for the OP to come back and tell us what he wants a bootable usb of ?

Are we to assume he wants a bootable windows 7 installer ?

Any one of us could of posted how to make that.

My Tutorial only has 2 steps

1) Download the appropriate Windows 7 Iso file (Good Luck with that)
2) Use WintoBootic to burn (create) the bootable flash drive.

I just Love when someone asks for help then never comes back :)
