I am connected to the internet but unable to use the browsers

I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 with a wireless connection. Although my laptop tells me I have excellent signal strength and my computer is connected, my browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE) will not let me browse. Other programs I have, such as spotify and Itunes allow me to for a short period of time before it kicks me off.

I have tried unplugging and resetting the modem, and when I flush my dns cache, the browsers work for a short period of time (max is 15 minutes) before they cannot work at all.

Any help in fixing this would be greatly appreciated!

Please check if you have the same problem in safe mode with networking, you can go to safe mode with networking by hitting F8 at the dell logo once you turn on the computer , Also try to run diagnostics on the wireless card from support center ->custom test->select the wireless card and click on RUN test. please check if more than one antivirus program is installed on the computer , if yes please uninstall one of the program. Also try to disable the ipv6 address you can follow this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929852

Verify that DHCP is enabled from your wireless LAN and that 'Obtain DNS server address automatically' is enabled.
Change TCP/IP settings

Download, Install and Run Xirrus Wi-Fi Inspector.
To run Xirrus Wi-Fi Inspector, double click the Xirrus icon on your Desktop, you may use the Windows 7 snipping tool to crop or Paint by tapping the Print screen key on your keyboard, open up Paint (Click on Start>All Programs>Accessories>Paint) then choose Edit from the Menu and select Paste, then save it and please attach the file on your next post.

If you're hooked up to the internet via a wireless router, you may try switching off your modem and unplugging it from the electrical socket for about 3 to 5 minutes and then re-plugging it and switching back on your modem. Simply by doing so may fix your webpage loading problem.
