I am Getting Taskbar Problem. Plz help Me out!!!

Hello i am running Windows 7 Ultimate Operating system and i am getting taskbar problem.
my taskbar is in washed out grey colour. please help me out to sole this problem.
i am giving screenshot also to understand this problem easily.

See the taskbar.. its in grey colour..

. Right click on the empty space on the desktop.>personalize>click windows color>show color mix>Move the slider

Aero is disabled. Select any theme under Aero by going to personalize.

Hello dear friends i m not getting anything what you r saying.

see i have clicked on desktop and then personalized then themes windows opened like below.

then i clicked on window colour option. then one window open like below

now where to go and where is transperancy option.. please tell me....

Try this... (from Microsoft)

You will want to ensure that the Desktop Window Manager Session Manager service (and) Themes service are both started. If they were stopped or disabled via an application that limits startup items Aero will not be an option. Please try manually starting both of these services to see if you are then presented with the options to enable Aero from the Personalize menu.

Starting Windows Services
1. Click Start, type services.msc in the Start Search bar, and press ENTER.
2. If prompted by User Account Control click Continue.
3. Now locate the (2) previously mentioned services.
4. If they are not currently enabled right-click them, and select Start.

yes... but it says you do not have graphic card or video card to support aero

have you got the latest drivers for your graphics card?

You should tell us your specs if you can and then someone could possibly tell you if your graghics adapter can support aero,

see my specification below... and i dont have graphic card.but my internal memory is enough to start aero graphic.

You should have a windows experience index score of above 3 to get Aero.
You can find your graphics card listed under device manager. let us know what you see in DM under, display adapter.
