I can't get IE10 or IE11 to install

Sorry - not exactly a novice, but I get a server error when I try to attach my CBS.zip file. My guess is the file is too large at 11mb.

FYI- when I ran /scannow, I got no errors.

The reason I'm trying to attach the cbs.zip file is because I can't get IE10 or IE11 to install on my Win7 Premium Home 64 bit OS. Error code 9C59 for both failures.

Further, when I look at the sfcdetails.txt, it looks incomplete, as the last line says "Beginning verify and repeat transactions". Up until the point, I didn't see anything amiss, other than the length of the details.

Attached are system specs and the sfcdetails file. Again, I'd attach the cbs.zip, but I get server error 500.

If there are some steps I'm supposed to take to trim that down some(if size is the issue) please advise.

Um....I could have sworn I followed instructions to the letter -- as best I could.

What besides the CBS.Zip file have I not included?

Please recall, my CBS.Zip file is 11 mbs large - the limit is 8 mb. What should I truncate to get it to fit?

The CheckSUR.log and the CBS.log are the minimum - All you posted was the SFC scan results, which misses out a lot of detail that can be essential for diagnosis.
You can delete the older CBSPersist files if you need to reduce file size of the zip

Ok - did as you requested. I was unsure if I could take CAB files out. I zipped the two cab files and sent them along if they'll help any.

Works for me :)

Here's the summary from the CheckSUR scan...
Code:
Summary:
Seconds executed: 708
 Found 302 errors
 Fixed 302 errors
CSI Manifest Missing Total count: 1
Fixed: CSI Manifest Missing. Total count: 1
CSI Missing Component Key Total count: 12
Fixed: CSI Missing Component Key. Total count: 12
CSI Missing Identity Total count: 77
Fixed: CSI Missing Identity. Total count: 77
CSI Missing C Mark Total count: 78
Fixed: CSI Missing C Mark. Total count: 78
CSI F Mark Missing Total count: 134
Fixed: CSI F Mark Missing. Total count: 134

As you can see, you had a lot of problems, and CheckSUR appears to be claiming to have fixed them all..
SFC found nothing to fix, and there don't appear to be any major problems in the background CBS data.

It may be worth running both again - sometimes this will pick up further errors not visible to earlier scans.

Once complete, please post the CBS.log and CheckSUR.log files, then attempt the installation of IE10 again, using preferably the downloaded version rather than WU.
