Hey! I fixed my bsod's by downloading older graphics card driver (Catalyst 13.12)
And now i don't get bsod's anymore but i get this "Display driver has stopped responding and recovered" Error message.

So i was trying to fix it with these instructions, but then i noticed i have two atikmdag.sys files in System32/Drivers folder. So should i delete other one? Or do what?

"atikmdag Stopped Responding – Step 1: Download and install the latest ati graphic driver.
Step 2: Then go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and rename atikmdag.sys to atikmdag.sys.old.
Step 3: Go to ati directory (usually in C:\ATI) and find the file atikmdag.sy_.
Step 4: Copy the file to your Desktop directory.
Step 5: Open cmd.exe by going to Start -> type cmd in the search box and hit enter.
Step 6: Change the directory to Desktop by typing chdir Desktop.
Step 7: Then, type EXPAND.EXE atikmdag.sy_ atikmdag.sys. Or,
expand -r atikmdag.sy_ atikmdag.sys
Step 8: When the expansion is complete, copy the new atikmdag.sys from your Desktop to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers
Step 9: Restart your computer and the problem should be resolved."

*Edit it was atikmpag.sys and the other one was atikmdag.sys (im blind lol)

There were no dump files in the latest logs you posted in your BSOD thread. Can you follow the instructions below to see that you are set to record Small Memory Dumps please.

  1. Open Advanced System Settings
  2. Click on Settings in Startup & Recovery
  3. Make sure both boxes indicated below are checked
  4. In the dropdown box ensure you're set to record Small Memory Dumps
picture.php

Your original dumps were 0x116 (VIDEO_TDR_ERROR) which may not have been down to the driver although it's possible, it could be down to overheating, power to the card, a bad card itself or the PCI-e slot among other things. Can you report back with the temperatures your card is reaching at idle and under load?

These are both part of the same driver package, they're not duplicate drivers.
