Icons Open when I Try to Drag Them

So, when I single-click on an icon and try to move it, it immediately opens instead. I checked settings and "double-click" is properly selected. This just started recently and is very annoying.

Have you checked the Double Click speed in Mouse settings. Open Control Panel & select the Mouse icon to check those settings.

It could be a dirty switch in your mouse. Try another mouse.
