IE not openeing Google

My laptop has suddenly started opening a new tab with what is in the pic.

Haven't changed much recently and is a reasonably new install.

Any ideas appreciated.

When does this happen?
...when you are surfing - a new tab opens on its own?

...when you manually create a new tab? (via click or keyboard)
(if yes, then show a screenshot of your new tab settings)


...when you first open the browser?
(if yes, then show a screenshot of your home page settings)


My screenshots are from a VM with IE8.
Yours might look a bit different.
