IE8 & windows 7 live mail

i need a little help since i up graded to windows 7 and it doesn't have outlook express so i am now using windows live mail. when you open the file top left page it gives you a way to send a short cut to the desktop. with outlook express i could send the page by link or email but now that i have windows 7 and windows live mail i don't have a way to send a page by email or link those two don't work any more. is their any way to get those two features to work again ? :confused:

If I understand you correctly, just right click file and then send.

Go to start menu, drag windows live icon to your task bar. Bottom right of screen, near the start button. If these don't work post again.

Thats what I have and do.
