If i update my windows image using software that uses dism

Hi, If I suppose my windows image using software that uses dism to integrate, and If the listed updates (in package) are found or included in the image already , what will happen
1.Would the existing updates in the image will be discarded and only updates that are not included in the image will be updated.
2.The updates would be updated even when the image contain the listed update
or 3. dism software would exit in athe middle without doing anything
4.Image will get corrupted or damaged and not usable further
5. I will get alert, that updates are already included and do you want to cancel this update to proceed.
would you please give me the solution

Adding updates to the install.wim will add update or replace existing older update. Same thing for drivers.

What do you want to add to install.wim?

So, If there is already an update in the wim file, it will overwrite the update and there is no worry of selecting an update already in the wim in the update list, is that what you mean
Could one see the kbs list in the updated wim file after dism process.
I mean, will those update stored in a folder in separate folder
I am trying slip streaming updates.

Single file with all updates - Simplix can be integrated to the Install.wim.
- I personally don't recommend as the Install.wim will became huge.
- Simplix is monthly updated.

I personally recommend that you add the necessary drivers to install on your system and then install the updates running Simplix.
I run Simplix every 3 months.

New computers (AMD and Intel) that has new hardware (2016 up) requires some drivers (SATA, USB3.x and NVMe) that are not on the original Win 7 installation files. You have to add them to the Win 7 installation files.
If your computer doesn't require those drivers to install, don't worry.
