Solved Install an application to C: partition, despite lack of space?

Hi everybody!
I have C and D partitions. New app requires to be installed only to C, but i have no enough space for the installation and resizing the partitions is not an option.
How can i cheat the OS, and install the app on D drive, but Windows will think that it is installed on C?

If you have the ability to reformat, resize and reinstall, then image the c: partition and store it in d:. Then restore the image onto the newly resized c: partition.

Yeah it is possible but, is there any "more harmless" way to do it? Like mirroring the folder or smthng?

You can use symlinks to achieve that. If you create a junction point in program files in C pointing to D, and then direct the installer to that folder, it will think it's installing in C when actually the files will go to D.

While it speaks about my documents, it's perfectly valid for program files as well.
