Solved Install glitch from disc

Hi
Have been trying to install w7 Pro 64 bit onto a optiplex 7010. All goes well until i get to the screen for Time and currency. When i try to scroll down to United Kingdom - it repeatedly carries/scrolls quickly back up to first listed country.
I have tried 2 different install discs, changed mouse, different dvd reader, updated Bios, different ssd.
Running out of ideas
Can anyone help or come across this before

Hi

Assuming that the default is EN-US
go with that, then once installation is complete

Control Panel >> date & Time change
also region & Languages >> add EN-UK
reboot delete US
