install Vista on VMware.

Sorry if I posted in the wrong section. I have Windows 7 installed on my PC and I wanted to install my old copy of Vista using VMware, it all worked fine, but it's not activating. I called three times and after entering all the numbers it says something about no one is available to assist me. I don't understand in the past when I had to reinstall Vista, I would also call and activate without a problem. Now it doesn't want too. I don't have it installed anywhere else.

Any suggestions?

Do you have the 25 digit vista serial number?

Yes I have my serial number.

The system for activation was down at the time, but the day after I called and it worked.
