Solved Internet Connetions Problem

Hello ! and I am back with another problem. I had XP earlier and had a 256 kb/s internet(Cable Internet). I could just download at 25 kb/s. Now I have switched to Windows 7. When I go to NETWORKS I find many PC you can see in the screenshot.The circled one is mine, others I cant acess.

I am confused how they are present. Are they the cause of my slow internet speed ?or the vendor is cheating me giving connections to others from my package ?

Hi sd, how many connections show when you look at 'Manage Network Connections' by opening 'Network and Sharing' by right clicking taskbar icon.

I came across another problem. Icant see any MANAGE NETWORK CONNECTION options but you can see these screenshots :-

Re open second image, clicke 'Manage Wireless Connections'
