Hi. I have LOST all of the possible ways to access my Internet Explorer on my Win7 PC. I don't have ANY shortcuts ANYWERE for it. I even took the "Reinstall" route. Didn't work.

Please advise what to do? How to get it fully back. Thanx folks

Have you checked your folders in C:\ Program files and Program files (86) for IE folder and tried from there, also have you made sure it has not been disabled in the Turn windows features on or off.

Hi here's a follow up link to see if Internet explorer is On,
Turn Internet explorer off and boot when prompted then turn ie back on,
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/5023-windows-features-turn-off.html

Did you install anything recently to make this happen ?

Try Winkey+R and paste this in the Run box and Okay
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

I'd check that area too. Control Panel, Programs and Features, it then has the option to turn windows features on or off. Internet explorer (whatever version) will be on that list.

I personally, don't see the need for Internet Explorer when I have Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, so turned off Internet Explorer (version 8!) via that method.

(I can't run either IE9 or IE10 as they give me grief with my volume mixer, and haven't bothered trying IE11.)
