Hello,

Recently a lot of people in my office have been having a problem that I haven't seen before with Internet Explorer 8. In the Manage Add-Ons menu no add-ons are showing up at all. The important thing is that Flash and Java do not work at all. I have checked that they are installed, and have re-installed them, and they still do not show up in the Manage Add-Ons. I have searched Google, and this forum and have not found a solution to this and would like some help with this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(I added a screenshot of the problem, it looks like Java is showing up on this persons, but it is still not working.)

On the screenshot you are showing us only CURRENTLY LOADED ADDONS, you need to select SHOW ALL.
Check out my attachment. I highlighted part of your screenshot.

Also, how you determine that flash and java are not working?
Please attach screenshots of website in flash and other website using java.

Thank you. I noticed that later in the day as I was getting off work and didn't have time to get a shot of that... pretty sure I fixed the Java problem, as you can see it's in that screenshot, but flash still not so much on some of our machines. I will post a few more screenshots when I get to work tomorrow.
