That is my issue with this. Plus I know in the past that some anti-viral apps can conflict with eachother. Even detecting eachothers database as a an infection.

As an aside, always delete system restores points if something is detected, followed by a reboot and multiple scans in safe mode. Then, turn it back on. As to protection, use PSI to identify your outdated software.
